Introduction: Clinical supervision enables professional development that encourages continuous growth through experiential learning and the development of individual responsibility (Abreu, 2007). In clinical teaching contexts, it emerges as a necessity, with supervisors playing a crucial role in the development of professional competencies in Nursing undergraduates. Objective: To train supervisors for the supervisory process and outline an intervention project for the clinical teaching of nursing undergraduate students. Material and Methods: In the first stage, intervention needs in the students' supervisory process will be identified through the analysis of reports and satisfaction surveys at the end of clinical placements. Subsequently, a situational diagnosis will be conducted with supervisors to identify needs in clinical supervision. This includes the development of observation sessions of the supervisory process and supervision sessions aimed at developing professional and analytical competencies. The final stage culminates with the evaluation of the project's implementation based on indicators. The integration of Clinical Supervision projects in Health Units, where students undertake internships, is essential for the critical-reflective construction and consolidation of the professional identity of Nursing students. Results: Clinical supervision project to be implemented in the clinical teaching of the Nursing undergraduate program. Conclusion: The implementation of a supervision project aimed at training supervisors of Nursing undergraduates in clinical teaching is an asset, aiming to improve supervisory processes with gains in teaching quality, care provided, and satisfaction of both students and supervisors.
