Introduction: Mobbing or moral harassment may occur in any work relationship, altering the workers’ well-being and the organizational dynamics. Aim: Identify the existing mobbing behaviours and in what ways they affect nurses. Materials and methods: A systematic literature review was carried out in national and international databases, through the PICO method, with a selection of 4 articles, through the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria and the reading of the abstract. Results: Nurses experienced or saw moral harassment behaviours. These behaviours may physically and/or mentally affect the worker, as well as family dynamics, social relationships, quality and satisfaction in the performance of their duties. Conclusions: Organizations should invest in the promotion of healthy work environments, defining strategies that minimize this phenomenon. The involvement of all the workers in this process is essential.
